Talunt allows users to connect external services through authorized integrations provided by third-party platforms. When users connect such services, Talunt receives professional account data made available through those integrations in accordance with the permissions granted by the user. Talunt is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services, and users should review the privacy policies of those providers separately.

Talunt takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (TLS) and stored in secure cloud infrastructure hosted by providers such as Amazon Web Services. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel and system processes necessary to operate the Services.

Talunt retains information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request deletion of their accounts, after which Talunt will remove or anonymize associated personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.
